1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The prize draw opens on 3 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31 July 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who:
- are aged 18 years or over;
- submit a genuine review through the Flatsed survey during the Promotion Period;
- provide a valid email address and confirm it via the verification email we send.
Employees, contractors, and anyone directly involved in operating or administering this promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Complete the Flatsed review survey.
- Submit a genuine review based on your own rental experience.
- Provide a valid email address so we can contact you if you win.
No purchase is necessary.
Only reviews with a confirmed email address are entered into the prize draw — unconfirmed submissions do not participate. Each eligible review of a different property counts as one entry into the prize draw. Duplicate, fraudulent, spam, or substantially similar reviews may be removed at Flatsed's discretion.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
- One £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
The prize:
- is non-transferable;
- is non-exchangeable;
- has no cash alternative.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected using a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion closes.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when submitting their review.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Flatsed reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Review Requirements
To remain eligible, reviews must:
- reflect the entrant's genuine rental experience;
- be truthful and accurate to the best of the entrant's knowledge;
- not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading content;
- comply with the Flatsed Terms & Conditions.
Flatsed reserves the right to remove any review that breaches these requirements. Reviews are used only after moderation: every submission is reviewed, and bot-generated, fraudulent, or otherwise inauthentic entries are removed and do not count towards the draw.
Flatsed may request additional information to verify that a review reflects a genuine rental experience. Failure to provide reasonable verification may result in the review being excluded from the prize draw.
9. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries
Flatsed reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:
- submits fraudulent or misleading reviews;
- attempts to manipulate or interfere with the promotion;
- uses automated systems or bots to submit entries;
- otherwise attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
Any decision made by Flatsed regarding eligibility or disqualification is final.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided as part of this promotion will be used solely to:
- administer the prize draw;
- contact the winner;
- comply with legal obligations where applicable.
All personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with the Flatsed Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity
The winner may be invited to have their first name and town or city featured on Flatsed or our social media channels. Participation is entirely optional, and no winner's personal information will be published without their consent.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatsed accepts no responsibility for:
- lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries;
- technical failures affecting entry;
- circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the promotion from operating as planned.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.
13. Changes to the Promotion
Flatsed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to ensure the fair administration of the prize draw.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
