Profiling
We use data gathered from cookies and your interactions with the Platform to build a profile of your property preferences. This profile is used to personalise search results and property recommendations through our swipe game and recommendation engine. This profiling does not produce legal effects and is designed solely to improve your property search experience. 1. Strictly necessary cookies
Some cookies are essential for the Platform to function correctly. Without these cookies, we cannot provide core services such as user authentication, session management, and security. These cookies cannot be disabled.

3. Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform by collecting information about pages visited, time spent, navigation paths, and error rates. This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our Platform and will not be able to monitor its performance.

4. Targeting and tracking cookies
These cookies record your visit to the Platform, the pages you visit, and the links you follow. We and our advertising partners use this information to make adverts more relevant to your interests. These cookies may also mean that you see Flatsed adverts when visiting other websites or social media platforms. If you do not allow these cookies, you may see more adverts that do not match your interests.

5. Local storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to store small amounts of data on your device. Local storage works similarly to cookies but has no expiry date — data persists until explicitly cleared.

To clear Flatsed-specific local storage data, you can use your browser’s developer tools (typically accessed via F12) and navigate to the Application or Storage panel.
6. Third-party cookies
Some features of the Platform embed content or services from third parties, which may set their own cookies. These include:
- Google Maps: when viewing property locations and the search map, Google may set cookies to operate the map service. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy
- Social login providers: when you sign in using Facebook, Apple, or Google, those providers may set cookies to manage the authentication flow. These cookies are governed by the respective provider’s cookie and privacy policies
- Cloudflare Turnstile: our waitlist and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set cookies to verify that interactions come from genuine users
