For Tenants

Flatsed is completely free for tenants. Always has been, always will be. We will never charge you for searching, saving properties, booking viewings, reading reviews, or managing your tenancy. You are our priority — not a revenue source.

For Agencies & Landlords

Agencies pay a small success fee only when a tenancy is signed through the platform. Listing is free, viewings are free, and there are no monthly subscriptions. We succeed only when you do.

Our Story

Flatsed was born from real frustration. We are Andrew, an engineer, and Elizaveta, a pianist — and we spent months searching for a rental in London. With our dog Daisy and a piano that needed moving every time, finding the right place was never simple.

The search was exhausting. We visited flats where one bedroom had been refurbished into two, places far from the nearest park or tube station, bizarre layouts, dirty kitchens hidden behind polished listing photos. We wasted hours travelling to properties that should never have made the shortlist.

While leaving our previous flat, we noticed something odd — agents kept arriving for viewings with no knowledge of the property at all. We ended up presenting the flat ourselves to prospective tenants while the agents stood by. That was the moment it clicked: the system was broken for everyone — tenants, landlords, and even the agents themselves.

We are a small, dedicated team based in London. Our backgrounds span property management, software engineering, and tenant advocacy. Every feature we build is informed by real renting experience — because we have been on both sides of the tenancy agreement.
